We give you the best price and best service. We dont open your furnace because that just would increase are cost which in turn costs you. The duct cleaning can be done without the furnace being opened. The reason why they call it a furnace inspection is just to Up sell you to make more money. This is not are business plan we give you the best price for cleanest service. These call center's across the world, have a stranglehold on the market and calling residents here in Canada trying to book appointments to make money in their country. We don't do any of that outsourcing and they are ruining the reputation of duct cleaners. The people that do that have no trail or track record; just bad actors. We don't want this so this is why we try and be as transparent as possible through are process.
